Is Swine flu deadly? 139 deaths as of June 8

As of 6:00 GMT, 139 deaths were reported from H1N1 (influenza A) swine flu disease. With 73 countries reporting swine flu cases, the total number of worldwide swine flu infections has risen to 25,288 people.

Although it doesn't seem to appear too differently than regular flu, prevention is still better than cure. 2 of my foreign friends came to Hong Kong last week and just before leaving, we gave them some face masks to wear on the plane as they have also commented that no one seemed to wear flu mask on the flights....
